We’re always striving to deliver enhanced functionality and features in our mobile application. With Version 1.6 our emphasis is enriched data collection, seamless user experience, and greater communication functions. Check out these three highlights below and leave your thoughts in the comments!

#1 Configurable Forms

With Configurable Forms, you can easily build custom, dynamic forms to gather all the information needed and nothing more.
This quick video demonstrates these forms in action.

#2 Unlimited Location Layers in Single App

We don’t live in a 2D world. Our communities consist of multiple, overlapping jurisdictions. As a result, we’ve built our app to match the real world. Location technology has always been an integral component of our application.

Our partnership with Esri and its GIS software have allowed us to grow location functionality exponentially.

 Municipal Jurisdiction

Within a single app, our customers can deploy an unlimited number of location layers, all seamless to the end users. As a result, issues are routed correct to different departments and agencies.

#3 Reverse 311 Mass Notifications

Our smartphone app has always supported native push notifications for updates on users’ service requests; when a user submits a new request, all future status updates automatically trigger a push notification with the latest update info. With these updates, a two-way communication and feedback loop are created.

With Reverse 311 push notifications, our app supports mass notification to any user who’s downloaded the app – it doesn’t even have to be open. Organizations can use this communication tool for important, urgent updates. Customers can quickly and easily communicate road closures, school delays, water boil advisories, and many other use cases.

What do you think of the new features?
